- visiting the seminary today was GREAT. man. it never ceases to surprise me when i see andrew again and i remember how much i miss him. seriously, every time i’m like, oh yeah, i forgot! i should just get use to it though.
- newman guys vs. seminarians? hilarious. ryan allan kaup “somebody come out because i’m going in.”
- seeing family tonight for dinner was glorious. i love love love my extended family, and the fact that our gathering place is most often my house. everyone wondered where david was…also hilarious.
- my mother: “is that a boys shirt you’re wearing?” me: “yes” mother: “oh okay. (pause) there are a bunch of boys shirts upstairs if you want to go through them.” finally my mother has adjusted to my weird ways.
- giving up facebook and tumblr for lent is going to be very interesting. very cleansing, i hope. and detachable. it’ll be wonderful. so yes, you won’t see me post here from wednesday through april 24. i know you’ll all miss me SOOOOO much…not. twill be grand.
